Bhahujan Mukti Party condemns Birth Anniversary celebrations of Sardar Patel in Goa

Bhahujan Mukti Party (BMP) expresses displeasure that some elements in Goa are organizing birth anniversary celebrations of late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on December 15, 2013. Bhahujan Mukti Party is opposed to any celebration of Sardar Patel birth anniversary in Goa. Sardar Patel in his lifetime has taken political stands and decisions against mulnivasi people of India. He was instrumental in blocking reservations to OBCs in India. With the sharp application of legal mind Sardar Patel prevented Dr.Ambedkar from making Constitutional provisions for OBC reservations in Article 340. Dr.Ambedkar succeeded in making provisions in the Constitution of India to identify OBCs. In this way Sardar Patel has entered history as an enemy of OBC people of India and toyed and tied totally with nefarious anti-OBC bamani agendas.

In addition Sardar Patel has also campaigned very hard to prevent Babasaheb Ambedkar from getting elected to the Constituent Assembly. Sardar Patel however did not succeed in his ugly mission and Dr.Ambekar was elected to the Constituent Assembly from Bengal. If Sardar Patel had to succeed in his evil designs then India would not have its Constitution drafted by Dr.Ambedkar and India would have reverted back to the era of Manusmriti that directs the evil reign of Bamon Raj.

Sardar Patel played no role in freedom struggle of Goa in his capacity as Home Minister of India. He united rest of India but ignored Goa officially as well as unofficially. Sardar Patel only acted revengefully against Gandhi for refusing to support him as Prime Minister of India. Gandhi had supported Nehru to take over as Prime Minister of India as a part of strategic caste alliances between Banias and Brahmins. Sardar Patel, when he took over as Home Minister of India carried no preventive arrests of Nathuram Ghodse, a Brahmin from Maharastra and allowed Ghodse to assassinate Gandhi. Thus as Home Minister Sardar Patel facilitated the organized group put together to uphold Brahminism known as Racial Superiority System (RSS) to assassinate M.K.Gandhi. As the first Home Minister Sardar Patel collaborated with RSS. The Gandhi assassination trial that took place in camera in Delhi; its records must be made public so that the reply given by Sardar Patel to the court in this case could be known to all country people.

These very Bamon Raj powers and their agents are currently involved in honoring Sardar Patel for the favor that he granted in Gandhi assassination. Gandhi assassination was urgently needed as the stature of Gandhi – the Vaishya from Gujarat had overtaken the Brahmins in terms of popularity and appeal. Assassination by Ghodse put not only an end to this threat to Bamons of India but it also massively contributed towards diverting the public discussion on who is responsible for the Partition of India to the new topic assassination of Gandhi thereby keeping Bamani conspiracy of Partition of India, wherein 10 million people were killed in silence. Bamon raj powers therefore are extremely grateful to Sardar Patel, an OBC for being tool of Brahmins just the way Narendra Modi, an OBC from Gujarat is today. Both Sardar Patel and Narendra Modi are against OBC in practice as both of them are slaves of Bamon Raj. One was in Congress and second is in BJP – both the parties of Bamon Raj.

Sardar Patel was a loyal servant of Bamon Raj in India and that’s a sole reason why his birth anniversary is celebrated in Goa today. The India that Sardar Patel knit together by dismantling princely state is a victim of uncontrolled power enjoyed by Bamons in India. Bhahujan Mukti Party is completely opposed the birth anniversary celebrations of Sardar Patel in Goa and condemns those who are engaged in organizing the same.

Bhahujan Mukti Party condemns mob pressure tactics against Ramesh Gauns for speaking out against mining in Goa

Bhahujan Mukti Party (BMP) strongly condemns the mining companies responsible for morcha of around 300 people at the residence of Ramesh Gauns, a national best teacher awardee as well as Goa best teacher awardee. The mining company mobilized workers in order to pressure Ramesh Gauns to give up his opposition to mining industry and organized morcha on Sunday, 24th November 2013 at a time when Ramesh Gauns was miles away from home. Ramesh Gauns played important role in research and its sharing to public around illegalities in mining industry in Goa. He played a role of Public Intellectual.

According to sources the morcha was led by one person from Lamgao, Bicholim with std VIII as his educational qualification for whom Sesa Goa mining company has appointed as their officer. Sesa Goa is owned by Vendanta and listed on London stock exchange and also owns Dempo mines. 300 people came towards Ramesh Gauns’ residence but were blocked by nearly 50 policemen present on the site. Most of them were employees of Sesa Goa mining company as per information received. After reaching the residence of Ramesh Gauns nearly 230 workers withdrew from the protest as they supported Ramesh Gauns’ opposition to mining industry. Remaining 70 workers then were horded to nearby Shivaji maidan and public meeting against Ramesh Gauns took place. Some workers from this section later on met Ramesh Gauns and informed him that they too support him in his opposition to mining but due to the pressure from the management of Sesa Goa mining company they are compelled to participate in this protest against their will as worker are threatened to be dismissed from the job if they do not participate in the protests against Ramesh Gauns. This kind of attention to Ramesh Gauns by Sesa Goa has turned him into much bigger in stature. The protest in front of his residence followed by public meeting at Shivaji Maidan has proved to be right manure to push him to grow even mightier and powerful. Hats off to Ramesh Gauns. BPM salutes your work and offers every possible support. More than 50% of Goa is destroyed by mining companies and with commitment of people like you this has come to stop and Goa is saved. Mining induced traffic in Mandovi, Zuari and Arabian Sea was causing tar ball on Goa’s beaches turning them into black. By stopping mining industry Goa’s tourism is protected or let’s imagines what would be Goa with black beaches! Tourism doom! Ramesh Gauns has contributed tremendously to Goa and he is happy to received protest at his residence by mining companies as his medal much precious than the one he received from the hands of the President of India on Republic Day for teaching with excellence in Sarvona, Bicholim.

Lake of Lamgao, Bicholim is reportedly polluted due to mining silt and the villagers are protesting against the same; have even petitioned the State Government accusing Sesa Goa as responsible for the same. Sesa Goa mining company hopes to take over 17 hectares of land in Lamgao that is part of mining lease. However in order to achieve this Sesa Goa has to evict the Lamgao villagers. If villagers does not vacate the village then Sesa Goa’s hopes of further prosperity is very gloomy. These very villagers however have complaint to various government authorities about the pollution of the Lamgao lake due to mining carried out by Sesa Goa.

BMP congratulates Goa Police for timely action in preventing the protestors from causing any harm to the life and property at the residence of Ramesh Gauns. No terror tactics are going to be effective against Ramesh Gauns. BMP strongly commits its support to Ramesh Gauns.

Investigations has revealed that the morcha was carried on to demoralize Ramesh Gauns so that he can be stopped in his out spoken stance against mining industry that has caused enormous harm to agriculture, Forest, traffic, flora and fauna, water bodies, human health and habitation of Goa. The excuse given by the agitators that Ramesh Gauns is involved in cutting down of trees is false. The only tree that was cut is behind his house bordering soak pit and that too is not cut by Ramesh Gauns but by his brother. The land on which the tree stood is not in the name of Ramesh Gauns in form I & XIV. His brother completed the necessary formalities with forest department about the same.

Bhahujan Mukti Party also takes serious note of the intimidating tactics used agents of mining companies against journalists for providing publicity to Ramesh Gauns and his critical remarks about mining industry.
If the 300 hundred people came forward in order to protest one tree cut down that too legally and created media hype that Ramesh Gauns is cutting trees then how many morchas these people will have to organize in front of mining companies who has not only cut down large patches of western ghats forest but also slashed down the mountains and shipped them to Japan, China, etc? These people must organize protests every day in from of every mining company’s every office across the State of Goa.

The real culprits behind the scenes are the banks who have loaned finances to mining activities in the form of trucks; barges etc and put the large amount of people in difficult situation – the people who today are calling themselves mining dependents. The only solution to come of this is to cancel the loans. The ruling political parties will have to do this in the State of Goa and set the mining affected people free from every hardship of loan repayment. It is time that public protests now must be directed against the banks involved in financing mining industry. There is also the need for an audit to calculate as to how many jobs are lost in agriculture and horticulture over the past 50 years in Bicholim, Sattari, Sanguem, Dhabandora, Ponda and Quepem due to mining and how many are generated due to shutting down of mines for the past one year.

Mining has destroyed hinterland of land and it is only now that the mining is shut down for a year that Goa’s hinterland is gaining new life and agriculture is being revived and water bodies are flowing and air is breathable and fresh.

BMP is against operation of any mining activity in Goa by private mining companies. Mining must be nationalized and allowed with restrictions. The assets of the mining companies – movable as well as immovable - must be confiscated and auctioned in order to recover 35,000 crore rupees siphoned off as per Shah Commission report presented in Indian Parliament.

In the meanwhile BMP has taken serious note of the threats to disrupt the marriage ceremony of Ramesh Gauns’ son scheduled on December 8, 2013 in Sankhelim, Goa. If mining companies succeed in disrupting the marriage ceremony then it will be only under the instruction of the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who is also the Home Minister whose utterances on Ramesh Gauns so far at best cab be described as irresponsible (Environmentalists are cutting down trees and they are using cars). In that case it would mean that Chief Minister himself is involved in creating Law and Order problem and therefore will render himself unfit to rule Goa even for a minute after the marriage ceremony is disrupted. In that case BMP will urge President of India to dismiss the Goa government and impose President’s rule under the Article 356 of the Constitution of India.

Rich fruits of corruption in Goa at Pernem RTO office

Bhahujan Mukti Party strongly condemns corruption at Goa Government’s Transport Ministry and calls for the resignation of Transport minister Sudin Dhavlikar.

It has come to light that private agent and Road Transport Officer (RTO) at Pernem office are combining well to form a nexus of corruption. RTO at Pernem office refuses to clear files without paying Rs.1000/- to a private agent. The modus operandi adopted is as follows.

The Transport department has kept the knowledge of the formalities to transfer permit from old rent-a-bike to the new rent-a-bike with the private agent and refuses to divulge it to any member of public. It is not displayed on any notice board of the RTO office in Pernem. Citizens are directed by the RTO officer to visit Private agent. Private agent then charges (extorts) Rs.1000/- per bike as his consultation fees without receipt.

It may be noted that road tax imposed for a rent-a-bike is Rs.1000/- per year while the road tax for a five seater Maruti van taxi is Rs.500/- per year. This is already day light robbery of rent-a-bike owners and in addition RTO is compelling citizens to pay for private agent. RTO refuses to clear the file till private agent is paid. The nexus is so open, transparent and direct.

This nexus can be broken simply by making public the process involved in transfer of permit from old rent-a-bike to new rent-a-bike.

Yet it is important to probe as to why these corrupt practices are resorted to by the inspector. It is well known that post of a RTO needs the bribe of Rs.25 lakhs and above. One possibility is that the RTO in Pernem has paid this bribe to get the job and has employed private agent to recover this amount from the public in the above manner. The other possibility is that he has been given monthly target to accumulate fixed amount per month through bribes to be paid to the Transport Minister or to the Chief Minister or both; for which reason the Pernem RTO is engaged in this kind of organized corruption with full support of the government that promised zero tolerance to corruption on the day of its inception.

The road permit of the two wheelers bikes engaged in rent-a-bike model after the period of expiry of the permit which is roughly seven years. The owner of the bike is then made to pay the road tax afresh for this period in order to get the bike privately registered which can be actually adjusted from the previous rent-a-bike taxes paid. This policy is followed for taxi cars too. This is how common people are being subjected to loot by the current government in power.

There is no value for the bike owners but agents are seen in esteemed manner by the Pernem RTO. In fact agents are not supposed to be even seen in the premises. Agents are not paying any taxes to the government on their activities but the rent-a-bike owners are paying taxes to the government. Agents are only nuisance promoted by Pernem RTO with blessings of ruling government.

This taxation policy is against common people operating small time rent-a-bike business most of whom are common people – the mulnivasis Bhahujan Samaj.

It is not sure as to why this policy is resorted to by the State government but reasons are not very remote to guess. The loot is resorted to legally as well as illegally. The Bamon Raj administration has yielded rich fruits of corruption and it is there for every one to see at Pernem RTO office.

Names of the corrupt RTO officer in Pernem and the concerned extorting Agent will be declared to the investigating agency whenever needed.

Goa Chief Minister must resign with immediate effect for failure to curb curruption in education department

Bhahujan Mukti Party (BMP) advises Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to resign from his post as Chief Minister and Education Minister. Ministry of education has failed to stop corruption in the Ambedkar School, Mapusa even after it was brought to the notice of the director of education with complaints on affidavit detailing corruption of Rupees eighteen lakhs.

The High Court of Bombay at Panaji-Goa has passed the orders on 12/08/2013 that the Director of Education shall investigate the bribery charges in Dr. Ambedkar  English High School, Mapusa Goa. The Bahujan Mukti Party welcomes the Court’s orders for stopping the corruption in the said school.

The two teachers of the said school namely Mr. Anant Kaushal and Mrs. Milan Nare had filed Writ Petitions no. 308/2013 and 310/ 2013 in the High Court of Bombay at Panaji- Goa regarding demand of Rs. 9 lakhs each for confirmation of their services in the said school by the Manager of the School Mr. N.G. Akhargekar and former Manager Mr. Vivek Pawar currently attached to Sports Ministry, Goa Government.

Mr. Anant Kaushal was forced by the manager Mr. Akhargekar  to give Rs. 1, 80, 000/-(Rupees One lakh eighty thousand) and Mrs. Milan Nare was forced to give Rs. 1, 65,000/-(Rupees One lakh sixty five thousands) from their salary for the construction of new school building at Kuchelim Bardez. The manager has also not paid their salary for Eleven months. The said teachers are senior teachers in this newly opened school working from the last five years. Mr. Kaushal has also worked as ‘In-charge’ Headmaster of the School for two years helping the school in its crucial initial stages of development.
As the two teachers stand against corruption they opposed the demanded hefty bribe for confirmation of their services for which they have been harassed by the manager of the school. In order to get justice in the matter the said teachers filed complaints along with affidavits before the Director of Education on 28th February 2013 but there was inaction on their complaints from the Director of Education due to political pressure. Hence they filed Writ Petitions in The High Court of Bombay at Panaji-Goa.

After hearing both the parties, The High Court of Bombay at Goa before disposing the two petitions passed the Orders on 12/8/13 stating that the Director of Education shall conduct an inquiry regarding the petitioners’ complaints after government advocate suggested to do so. But the Director of Education violated the Orders passed by the Hon’rable High Court and began inquiry of termination of services of the two teachers.

What is shocking is that the Goa Government instead of acting tough on corruption in line with its declared policy of zero tolerance to corruption has resorted to 100% promotion of corruption in education department. This is amplified by the initiative of the education department to terminate the two teachers’ services namely Mr. Anant Kaushal and Mrs. Milan Nare who blew whistle on corruption.

Bhahujan Mukti Party is completely opposed to the policy of education department to cover up corruption at Ambedkar School, Mapusa by ignoring to initiate lawful inquiry as directed by the High Court at Ambedkar School, Mapusa. Letters of the two teachers detailing the modus operandi of the corruption filed with the education department on 28th February 2013 must be investigated and action be taken against those responsible for perpetuating the corrupt practices.

Bhahujan Mukti Party is also opposed to the steps of termination initiated against Mr. Anant Kaushal and Mrs. Milan Nare by the Education Department based on the proposal from the school management on 24th April 2013; over seven weeks after the corruption in the school was complained in affidavit form by the two teachers on 28th February 2013. Bhahujan Mukti Party believes that Education Department is also stakeholder in the corruption at Ambedkar School, Mapusa for which reason it is protecting the School management by refraining from acting against ongoing corruption.

The nefarious nexus between education department and the management of the Ambedkar School, Mapusa needs dismantling on priority basis. It is strange that IIT educated Chief Minister Parrikar who vexes eloquent against corruption is proving to be mega flop in cleaning up this nexus. BMP wonders whether he or his BJP party is also shares the pie in the corruption cream at Ambedkar School, Mapusa for which reason corrupt practices are allowed to be flourished.

It is public knowledge that the Goa Chief Minister Parrikar has taken no steps to recover 35,000 crore rupees siphoned off by mining companies after studied disclosure by Shah Commission report tabled in the Indian Parliament. What is shocking is that even the small amount of corruption of 18 lakhs at Ambedkar School, Mapusa has been allowed to be flourished even after bringing it to the notice of the Education ministry that too in affidavit form, and instead complaining teachers has been put under pressure by serving notice of termination of their services.

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar must resign with immediate effect.

Arrest those responsible for filling of low lying agricultural fields in Ambelim

Bhahujan Mukti Party is of the considered opinion that those responsible for the filling up of low lying agricultural fields at Goenchem Bhat, Ambelim, Salcete must be booked and arrested immediately. This village of Ambelim that comes under Velim Constituency is witnessing this crime being perpetuated openly under the watchful eye of the Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who is supporting the Velim MLA Benjamin Silva.

The land filling is going on approximately at the survey number 49 of the Ambelim village.

Call up the flying squad on its contact mobile 09765454324 and order immediate halt to this.

The shocking incident is going on during this Saturday-Sunday period when government offices remain close.

From zero tolerance to corrution to 100 % promotion of corruption: Goa CM Manohar Parrikar's latest boost to corruption in Goa's Education Department.

Bhahujan Mukti Party strongly condemns Goa's education minister for his failure to comply with the assurance given to the Goa bench of Bombay High Court on instituting an inquiry in the corruption in Ambedkar School, Mapusa. Goa Government has assured High Court on this on 12th August 2013 in writ petitions 308 and 310 of 2013.

What is shocking is that the government instead of acting tough on corruption in line with its policy of zero tolerance to corruption has resorted to 100% promotion of corruption in education department. This is amplified by the initiative of the education department to terminate the two teachers Anant Kaushal and Milan Nare that blew whistle on corruption in Mapusa based Ambedkar School.

Bhahujan Mukti Party is completely opposed to the policy of education department to cover up corruption at Ambedkar School, Mapusa by ignoring to initiate lawful inquiry into the corruption at Ambedkar School, Mapusa.

Bhahujan Mukti Party is also opposed to the action of termination initiated against Anant Kaushal and Milan Nare by the Education Department. Bhahujan Mukti Party believes that Education Department is also stakeholder in the corruption at Ambedkar School, Mapusa for which reason it is protecting the School management. It is however not known as to what percentage of bribes collected from employees at Ambedkar School, Mapusa are shared with the Education department.

The nefarious nexus between education department and the management of the Ambedkar School, Mapusa needs dismantling on priority basis. It is strange that IIT educated Chief Minister is proving to be mega flop in cleaning up this nexus. Possibly he or his BJP party is also shares the pie in the corruption cream at Ambedkar School, Mapusa.

After that the chairman again demanded Rs. 4, 00, 000/-( Rupees four Lakh only) for giving appointment order. Then I approached the Education Department and as per the Education officer’s instruction the Chairman issued me the appointment order on 19/09/2011.The conditions stated in the appointment orders are self explanatory. Some conditions are undemocratic and unconstitutional.
